What is the procedure for getting my plans approved prior to construction?
House plans and plans for other structures such as boat docks, fences, etc. must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval prior to construction.
Please be sure you are familiar with the Brigadoon Covenants & Restrictions. Contact any member of the ACC for additional information.
There are 5 different phases in Brigadoon Subdivision. Each has it's own slightly different set of covenants. Using the above map link refer to the covenants listed below to access each phase.
